Cancellation Policy

Soul Synergy Booking Policy Scheduling All sessions must be booked in advance through the designated scheduling platform or by direct arrangement. Clients are responsible for selecting an appropriate date and time and ensuring availability. Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Sessions and packages are not confirmed until payment is received. Cancellation & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, late arrivals, or missed sessions may be counted as used and are not eligible for rescheduling. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect scheduled boundaries and will be charged at full session length. Packages & Expiration Session packages must be used within the timeframe stated at purchase. Unused sessions expire after that period and cannot be extended. Non-Transferable All sessions and packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual who purchased them. Refund Policy All services and packages are non-refundable once purchased. Client Responsibility Soul Synergy offerings are somatic and energetic in nature and may be emotionally or physically activating. Clients are responsible for listening to their bodies, honoring personal limits, and communicating needs during sessions. Nature of Services Soul Synergy services are complementary wellness practices and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. Participation is voluntary and at the client’s discretion. Right to Refuse Service Soul Synergy reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if it is determined that an offering is not appropriate for a client’s needs or wellbeing.
